Apace Shipping Policy

At Apace, we aim to get your motocross gear to you quickly and safely. Please read our shipping terms carefully:

Processing & Handling

  • Orders are typically processed within 1–5 business days after payment confirmation.

  • You will receive a tracking number once your order ships.

Shipping Regions & Estimated Delivery

  • USA: 5-14 business days via standard shipping.

  • Europe: 5–14 business days, depending on country and customs processing.

  • Rest of World: 7–21 business days, subject to local postal services and customs clearance.

Customs, Duties, and Taxes

  • All international shipments may be subject to customs fees, import duties, VAT, or other local taxes.

  • Customers are solely responsible for paying any customs fees, duties, or taxes imposed by their country.

  • Failure to pay customs fees may result in the shipment being held, returned, or destroyed by the carrier or customs authority.

  • No refunds or replacements will be issued for items delayed, returned, or confiscated due to unpaid customs fees.

Shipping Costs

  • Shipping fees are calculated at checkout and are non-refundable.

  • Expedited shipping options may be available for an additional fee.

Lost or Damaged Packages

  • For domestic shipments in the USA, lost or damaged packages are covered if purchased with shipping insurance.

  • For international shipments, we strongly recommend tracking and insurance — Apace is not responsible for packages lost or damaged during international transit or customs handling.
