Processing & Handling

Orders are typically processed within 1–5 business days after payment confirmation.

You will receive a tracking number once your order ships.
Shipping Regions & Estimated Delivery

USA: 5-14 business days via standard shipping.

Europe: 5–14 business days, depending on country and customs processing.

Rest of World: 7–21 business days, subject to local postal services and customs clearance.
Customs, Duties, and Taxes

All international shipments may be subject to customs fees, import duties, VAT, or other local taxes.

Customers are solely responsible for paying any customs fees, duties, or taxes imposed by their country.

Failure to pay customs fees may result in the shipment being held, returned, or destroyed by the carrier or customs authority.

No refunds or replacements will be issued for items delayed, returned, or confiscated due to unpaid customs fees.
Shipping Costs

Shipping fees are calculated at checkout and are non-refundable.

Lost or Damaged Packages

For domestic shipments in the USA, lost or damaged packages are covered if purchased with shipping insurance.

For international shipments, we strongly recommend tracking and insurance — Apace is not responsible for packages lost or damaged during international transit or customs handling.
